My Plate. How Do I Rate?

  • There are two presentations; one that caters to health professionals and how they relate to parents who are concerned about their children’s health and dietary intake. The other is for parents and how they care for their children and their dietary concerns.

Healthy Schools.

It’s a Team Effort

  • This toolkit was developed and is designed to educate school and community members about the importance of healthy eating and physical activity for academic success. The toolkit includes two presentations-one for adults and one for teens. The teen presentation helps young people understand how they may support health and wellness committees in their own schools.

Healthy Eating from the Ground Up!

  • The Kids Eat Right Healthy Eating. From the Ground Up. toolkit contains presentations for three different audiences — parents, teens and elementary students. The focus of this presentation is the importance of a plant-based diet.

Family Meals. Anytime. Anyplace

  • This is a presentation that focuses on the importance of meals as a family. Meals as a family will help all members eat healthier because then every family has a group of people as their accountability partner. Family meals mean that kids and teens will always at least one healthy meal a day.

Healthy Snacking. In a Nutshell

  • This is a presentation that is accessible to ten different types of audiences. Those audiences include: parents, sports coaches, teens, athletes, adults without kids, and many more. The healthiest snacks are nutrient-dense and not over 150 calories, but be dense in nutrients.
